First MH wholesale deal need help
so here it is guys ive never done a wholesae on a manufactured home and was hoping someone could explain it to me step by step. im in the oregon area. anyways im getting one under contract way under priced what would i use for the address tho? its just the home itself w no land. and would i just get it under contract and then flip it to my cash buyer and let them deal w the title company? im using a simple assignment form any advice it appreciated. thanks!!!
