can you wholesale condemn property and if so what are the steps i have to take to get the code violation up to par...........

You can wholesale a condemned in my area, but no one can occupy it without bringing it up to code.

To bring a condemned property up to code, take the address to the county/city building inspector and find out what the code violations are and what it will take, precedure wise, to bring it up to code.

They can not advise on amounts or give you suggestions on who you should use.

Make a "friend" of these people if you will be doing repeat business in their area. You can find out that they will be very helpful to those investors who are going to do things right by telling you things in such a way that you can "read between the lines".
