cancel assignment contract
Hello, I have a house under contract and trying to get it marketed by a wholeseller. the wholeseller sent me an assignment agreement that gives him the right to cancel the agreement withinf 3 days but it does not say anything about my rights to cancel the agreement.
is it a default that I can cancel my assignment without having it written in the agreement?
newbie question I guess 😀
