Does anyone have any recommendations of investor-friendly contractors in the Houston area? I'm a new wholesaler and would like to have a contractor come out on my first few deals to make sure my rehab estimates are accurate.

Network with other Investors and then ask to walk through the properties with them. It will be a better learning experience plus you create a relationship with an investor who may end up being your buyer.
