Probate!

I am looking to add probate to my list of methods to find solid deals to BRRRR, wholesale, or live-in flip. I wanted to see what methods you knew of (besides mailing obituaries) to find probate homes and talk to those families about helping them out of the predicament.

Any and all advice is welcome!

You can also grab your local newspaper @David Pere

After which go to classifieds then legal notices. The probate notice heading should read Notice of Probate, Administration of Probate, Notice of Heirship, etc,.

That classified will give you the decedents name and case number. Then cross reference that information at the local county court house.

When you research that information remember that the Administration process has started during which the PR has already been named and confirmed by the court to represent the estate.

The PR (personal representative) will be your first point on contact.
