Bandit signs are illegal in my city and paying $1000 for them is extremely dead. What are other alternatives to find motivated sellers? I have zip codes that I got from list source and I planned on using bandit signs there and the fact their illegal in my city foiled my plans. Driving for dollars and ads are the only ways that I know of for finding them are there any others?
Direct mail and facebook ads are two that I have used in the past to generate leads. They've worked well for me. But... you're going to have to spend a good chuck of cash in order to get results.
