Mobile Home Contract under wholesale
I got a contract for a 2 mobile homes in a mobile home community. The 2 mobile homes on a .39 acre plot of land but one of the mobile homes the seller does not have a title for it. I don't know what to do about that. The registration number is unrecognizable. Can I get advice regarding what I should do next?
