Wholesaling/owner financing Blue Book?

Hi all, 

I remember listening to a biggerpockets podcast (the subject was wholesaling) where the guest mentioned a "blue book" that he had developed that was like a script for his employees to follow when speaking with a seller or buyer in regards to owner financing. Does anyone out their in bp land recall this? If so, which episode was it and who was the guest? I figured I'd throw this out here and see what responses I got before hitting the podcasts again (could take me quite a while to find the answer by listening to all of them again ;)).
