Cash buyers what are you deal breakers!!
Cash buyers I would like to know from you guys what are your ultimate deal breakers? I was told most investors do not like to invest in houses that are closed to main road which I can fully understand. What else would you say is a deal breaker for you?

My main deal breaker is a wholesaler that continually brings me deals that are not close to a deal in regards to the price.
