Investor Friendly Title Companies in Chicago
What's Up everybody this is a general question, I am looking for an investor friendly title company here in the chicago area or a title company who can work with me here in the Chicago. Although I have no deals yet, because I am just starting with wholesailing I would like to start getting some contacts for title companies, any help would greatly be appreciated.
Security First Title Co is outside Chicago, but they send runners to close in the city. We have used them in Chicago, and they are investor friendly, and easy to work with.
Thank you for that lead, I will look them up and give them a call and find out about some basic information from them. No deals right now but I would love to have everything in place so once I get a deal I can get the ball rolling.
