Hi everyone, I’ve been doing some research on real estate investing and I think I want to start with wholesaling. Anyone with experience in wholesaling have any advice on how to get started, books to read, how to obtain the legal contracts requires and any other useful information? Any help would be appreciated thanks!

If You Can’t Wholesale After This.  By Todd Fleming is an excellent book and easy read..
