@Tarica Davis. All of those are valid points and yes, could happen. I wish I had an answer for you. “But don’t be anxious about anything....”. Just be the person you are and trust God. You’ll come across people and you’ll sense who you can trust or not. Don’t rush into any deal...

Good Morning. I know you have to be careful about mixing the two, but you put in the time and money to get your license. If there is a way to do both just tread carefully. You'll get to know other investors in your area by going to the local meet up.

I don’t see why not. The only thing that would concern me, is everyone trust worthy and do they practice good and fair business. Other than that I think it’s a great idea..
