Do you need a attorney to do wholesale deals in Illinois

I am a wholesaler in Illinois and I wanted to know do I need a lawyer to send a seller a offer?

@Deonte Palmer - I see. Then what you need is an attorney consult with someone who specializes in investor deals so you can make sure you are legally wholesaling.  You can also pay them to draft a contract you can use.  Once you have that, you do not need an attorney to make offers.  Once you get a ratified contract, then you can take it to the attorney you choose as your closing agent.
