Has anyone found more success using hand written letters when contacting owner? I am currently writing a few and am wondering if I am wasting my time by handwriting these letters and if I should type a catch all letter and mass distribute.

 Hi Gus...

No youre not necessarily wasting your time with handwritten letters. Typed letters work great too. Here is one I am liking.
