Hey quick question BP. when using dummy ads in places like craigslist and backpages how do I word the ads to weed out all non-investors, so I am adding bonifide investors to my list.

Willie - If you're talking about posting fake ads in order to manipulate unsuspecting investors that you're lying to them, don't do it. "Dummy ads" or any other means of fooling potential future partners are not the way to build your business, despite what any of the gurus may tell you.
