Do you Email 'Hot Deals of the week'?

Traditional wholesaling models have always been to gather a bunch of emails (build a list) and then send out emails with your 'hot deals'. I do not use this method and have not for several years and am experiencing huge growth in our business and relationships with clients.

I want to know if anyone is using these types of emails to sell properties?

Are you finding it successful in selling properties?

Are you finding it successful in building relationships with your buyers?

You got it Ibrahim. It's bad enough I get deals that I don't even come close to fitting my criteria, but every other investor who gets added to that list gets it and we are all told how "great" the deal is and that it won't last long. I find it funny
