Question,
When assigning a contract to your end buyer, is there any need for a title company when you're dealing with a private seller/cash deal? I know when you're doing a double closing you need a title company, but is it necessary for a private cash deal? If yes, can anyone recommend a good title company in the Greensboro, NC (Triad) area?
