1. Drive for dollars
2. For Sale by owners
3. Craiglist
4. Your state Registry of deeds * for probate & preforclosures*
5, Facebook marketplace
6. For Rent Signs * Landlords get tired of renting and some times want to sell*
and so forth... Those are some other possible ways to find leads.
