Trying to find ways to find a buyers/sellers list without driving for dollars paying for a list?Want to be able to network digitally without doing what the majority of wholesalers are doing.Any suggestions?

@Michael Woodruff I'm completely new, in the total sense of the word, but what Abel said was 100% accurate.... ESPECIALLY with what we're looking for. PropertyShark. It's a paid subscription BUT, you get a 7 day trial. Very powerful.....not only does it provide you a list of Buyers and Comps, it also tells you how many homes are Vacant or Owner Occupied, have Liens, are on the MLS, Off Market Props and a slew more. It's $79 a month. You don't have to do the subscription because you can get soooooooo much within the 7 days but you can lose is you do either. Hope this helps.
