Has anyone ever did a wholesale deal for multiple properties at one time? If so, can you give me some tips?
It’s like anything wholesale deal. It needs to make sense. As long as you are direct to seller and the properties have upside potential you shouldn’t have any trouble.
Most package deals do not make sense financially and the sellers will sell units individually.
I haven't done this, but I was warned to look at each property carefully. A seller who does this might very well be slipping a property or two into the bundle that they couldn't otherwise sell. Overall the numbers might work, but they need to work on an individual basis.

@Barry Pekin Thanks. I have since asked many questions about condition. 5/6 are currently rented. Don't think it will work well even as a turnkey opportunity. Pricing may be too close to retail price.
