What type of houses do I wholesale
Hello,
I'm curious as a wholesaler should I be looking for distressed homes on-market or off-market?
If the home is on-market does that change my process at all?

@Jalissa Hayes You should absolutely be looking at off market homes only. On market properties are already being exposed to anyone with the internet, its nearly impossible to add value in a situation like that.
