Delays in wholesale transactions occur when the wholesaler has no end buyer (or the end buyer's funds has been delayed) and doesn't have the guts to tell the seller the truth. As the title company, we get blamed for everything, including the ineptitude of the parties... which unfair criticism we brush off because it's just part of the job.
