New Wholesaler - looking for suggestions
I am a wholesaler in the D.C., Maryland and Virginia markets who is physically disabled (Cerebral Palsy) . This isn't a "woe is me post" but I'm trying to figure out the most efficient way to do walkthroughs of properties with my sellers. I have problems physically and am thinking about outsourcing my meeting with sellers portion of my business when it comes to walking properties. I know there is virtual wholesaling but I am most interested in connecting with my sellers through walkthroughs with an actually person. Any suggestions. If you are outsourcing this, how are you currently paying them? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Are you already doing deals? If not, are you doing marketing to find sellers and are you finding some? Or are you currently in the planning stage?
There are probably a few things you can consider. You can hire people and pay them a percentage. You could JV with other wholesalers in your area. In essence, you can find people to help you and figure out with them how to move forward.
Everyone says, and I agree, that you need to consistently move forward with imperfect action. As you do this, things will fall into place. Yes, there will be missteps along the way, but that's part of the whole adventure.
I'm in Northern VA if you want to discuss this further.
@Shawn Daniel are you currently marketing and getting in contact with sellers? I work leads & buy properties in pg county, Montgomery county & Northern Va. I would be happy to give you a hand on this.
