Is there a list provider that has a database you can use to find houses with city taxes owed on them?

Thanks

You will be able to find your list of tax delinquent leads thru the county. Whichever county you're in search of may or may not have this information available online however.

Since many counties have either a tax lien sale or tax deed sale, they offer the list of properties that's to be included in the sale at a price. You may follow this route, or I'm sure Google could tell you of a third party service that may offer all of this information to you online.

Yep. Newspaper. Far as I know every county is required by law to put out a list once a year of what properties are going up for sale. Your job is to know when that once a year is and be ready for it.

Best to call the Assessors office, sales are held at different times, county by county (or parish, etc.).
