Hello all!

Let me start off with I am completely new to the real estate game. I’ve been reading and listening to as many podcasts as I can over the passed 5 months.

After learning just enough to be very dangerous I figured I’d reach out here and ask:

Where can I find some good beginner courses for wholesaling?

No I’m not looking to spend tens of thousands on a course, and that’s why I’m asking. Because there is so many crazy gurus out there it’s hard to separate the good from the bad.

Even if you have some good YouTube contents or blogs along the way share them please!

Thank you for your time!

@Cameron Tope - yes this too....most importantly what you said was LOCAL.  I think that's key and yes going to local meetups helps alot.  We have been hosting one in our area for quiet a few years now and have done many deals with wholesalers because they know we are REAL cash buyers, and we've also helped guide new wholesalers into getting their first deal.  Networking in your area is also very important.
