Wholesaling!!! I cannot find the owner contact information

Hey guys,

I have just started in wholesaling and I have found a lot of abandoned property here in Charlotte, North Carolina. The thing is I cannot get the owner contact info or new address in the county tax records.

Any suggestions on what to do next?

@Lina Kalala The owner contact info isnt going to be in the tax records. You are going to have to skiptrace the owner to get their contact info. I would also suggest that you google the owners name and the word obituary and your city/state. Sometimes when you cannot find people its because they are deceased.
