Looking for everyone's recommendations for top books on Wholesailing....

@John Christadore I started with "If you can't wholesale after this: I have nothing for you" by Todd Flemming. Personally probably one I recommend the most. I will say you don't need to purchase that honestly. If you want to understand Wholesaling you could look into under the Bigger Pockets search bar too. If you'd like the sparknotes of the book I had written it out in detail I can send it over to you via BP Messenger. Hopefully that helps and good luck with your journey!

I have to agree with @Rickey Miller Jr in recommending, "If you can't wholesale after this... I've got nothing for you." It's a very good explanation of the whole process and it's a pretty easy read. I listened to it on Audible, and then got the print book so I could easily refer back to it.
You can, and should, also listen to some good podcasts, watch YouTube videos, and research here on BP. In doing that, you can learn a lot of details spread out all over the process. But I still feel you need a good start-to-finish roadmap to follow.
