Wholesale real estate

Posted

Hi Everyone, My name is Salvador I like to be called (Lalo). I currently work in the construction industry as an framer. I am a new investor and looking to learn how to wholesale real estate and than graduate to fixing and flipping property in Louisiana. I would like to  begin a new career investing in real estate as well as becoming familiar with contracts, assignments and how to find both sellers and buyers.

In addition, I would like to become familiar with the processes necessary to succeed and if I should create a business or LLC state. Please feel free to give any advice on wholesaling or any advice that could help me get started and succeed.

I welcome all advice.

Thanks in advance

The first step is to join a real estate investor group to build your buyers list. Get your buyers list up to 20 before looking for deals. Keep going until you have 40 or more. Find out what they want and simply go find that type of deal. You don't need an LLC to do this.
