Busted and Ready to just Quit!

Hi all, newbie wholesaler in Dallas suburbs. Spent weeks learning, found a investor, finally got my first deal under contact. Counting my chickens before the eggs hatch I know. But looks like investor is backing out of the deal and it's a good deal. Looking for another investor with no luck and I'm ready to give it up. I really need the funds though, I'm living on SSI, wife is fighting breast cancer, medical bills soaring!! I can't just quit, but what's a guy supposed to do?
