Can I use a NJ title company if I wholesale in PA?

Hello BP, Is it legal or wise to go to Jersey to wholesale a PA property? If not can anyone recommend a PA title company that is investor friendly and are familiar with the wholesaling process please? The ones I've come across don't deal with wholesalers and someone just called me wanting to sell his house and I just want to have all my ducks in a row. Don't want to come off as a newbie who doesn't know what she's doing.

Also I've heard that investor friendly title companies will give you the PA assignment contract if you assure them that you will go through them to close the deal, is this true?

Thanks

You can go use [b] Clear Title and they are investor friendly plus nation wide.

You can get a assignment of contract from local wholesalers in your area. You don't necessarily have to get one from the title company.
