Clear title wholesale
Hey I just started wholesaling, I’m currently 15yr old, I understand how to wholesale. I just have few questions.
1) once you get the property under contract, how long do I have to wait for title search? Or should I start marketing the deal right away?
2) if Me and the seller agree to close in 30 days, does that means I have 30 days to look for a buyer?
