What are some laws that I have to be aware of when wholesaling in NYC.

Also is EMD required ?

How can I be transparent with the seller when wholesaling without him backing out, because there’s states that require that I should be transparent with the seller.

What if I’m not and we close on the deal?

@Joshua B. So what if I tell them I’ll buy their property and then I wholesale it without letting him know that I might assign the contract.

@Saravanan Saravanan so if I want to wholesale the seller have to know that I’m not buying his property?

@Ethan Neumann so what you’re saying is that once I get it under contract I should wait until I have a buyer to send the contract to title company? Then request title search? How long do title search last?

@Joshua B. ok so I have to them let them know, Got it. Also what about double closing ? Can it be done without the seller knowing I’ll be finding another buyer?
