I have spoken to a motivated seller who is interested in possibly signing a contract and the property is a condo in Atlanta. Has anyone wholesaled a condo before?

Just like what Bryant mentioned, its not much different than a traditional wholesale. When running the comps you must stay within the complex, and dont compare the condo to SFR sales. Other than that, make sure to double check HOA and any other fees that may be associated with the property and lock it up!!
