Does anyone have a recommendation on a mentorship program for wholesaling? Also has anyone tried out Alex Joungblood's mentorship program? If so how was it?

Hey Nick,

I was in Alex Joungblood's program. It's a great program, he shows you how to pull lists from the county and find buyers for your deals. Also shows you the numbers you need to hit for marketing and which areas to target. He has plenty of successful students and it is a great program to use starting out. Just make sure you have some money for marketing. Are you in his free Facebook group?
