List pulling in Non Disclosure states

Chase Bertoni
Posted

Hey everyone, I have been wholesaling in Idaho for around 3 years now fairly consistently. Typically 1-3 deals per month. We use a ton of compliant text message marketing, one thing I have recently started to run into, is how poor our data is getting. We currently use Propstream to stack and pull lists, then BatchLeads to skip trace the list. I use a combination of LaunchControl and Batchleads to market. Does anyone have any idea on list pulling in states like ID with non disclosure laws? How can I find more accurate data. Thank in advance for any responses.

@Chase Bertoni What does list pulling have to do with non-disclosure? And when you say the data is getting poor, can you be more specific?  If you are talking about comps (which is usually the only time people mention non-disclosure states) then Propstream has comps, even in non-disclosure states, or it does for Texas as least.  Or are you talking about the skip tracing service you are using isn't coming back with good numbers?  Or are you talking about the actual leads all seem to be duds?
