I'm just wondering what Markets you are in?? Do you think it is the best Market? Or what do you think is the best Market?

I'm in Austin, TX and I bet it's towards the bottom of the list for wholesaling, flipping and probably everything else. Still, imo, the best market to be in is the one you know intimately.  If you live in Sandusky, OH be the mf*ing boss in Sandusky, OH.  Find a market, know it better than anyone else and that value will make you money
