Can you give a little more detail about what you've been doing that hasn't been successful? Btw- it's not uncommon for it to take a few months to build up your pipeline even if you are doing things properly

If you can get them to overpay for properties in your area -- Go for it!! I've found they've right around retail for the cookie cutter stuff they buy in Austin

@Adam Gonzalez my advice would be to learn all that you can for free from BP and places like this before you start looking for a mentor. I promise you, the mentor you sign on with now will be completely different that who you chose in 3 months if you educate yourself on what you truly need to be mentored on

(Quality) Contractor relationships have been the hardest piece of the puzzle for me in Austin. The best ones are booked months out and cost a fortune and the rest, well we all know the rest. I have considered starting my own construction co just to have people around at all times.

Use your company EIN on the w-9, this will allow the title co to cut the check in your llc name and allow you to deposit into your business checking acct. Well done & Congrats!!!!
