Insurance for a Fire-Rehab construction
A multi family,y property of ours in NJ burnt down a few years ago .After a long struggle we finally have permits to start reconstruction. We have a contractor in place. He has insurance. How do we protect our investment in the project.? What insurance should we take? If contractor doesn’t perform how do we recoup our investment? Anyone who can guide us?
