Quiet Title
Hey, so I am am about to start investing in tax deeds in Florida for around $2000 it could be land or a property I am not sure yet, I was wondering when I have to do a quiet title and if i even have to do one and how I would find out if I have to do one. Thanks

Although I do not practice law in Florida, I have assisted some clients with purchasing tax sale properties in the state.
