Does anyone have a recommendation on a insurance provider for a 5 plex in KCMO?  What premium ranges are you seeing?

    Hey Mark,

    We have used NREIG for most of our single family and Westguard for our 6 unit.  Our 6 unit costs about $175 a month, but we just did a full building electrical upgrade so we are hoping to do a little better in the future.  Hope that helps.
