which insurance/broker do you use for your rental properties? I need to get new quotes. My broker quoted me 200$ a month during the rehab. 😕

Property is in Central Florida.

    If it's under rehab and vacant, you should get a vacant house insurance policy. I usually go with Foremost insurance or Berkshire Hathaway Homestate.
