Insurance on a 4 unit in Columbus Ohio

Hi, I am in the process of purchasing a 4 unit property in Columbus Ohio and just received a quote from a brokerage company for $400/mo. The rates on the 4 unit are astronomical even compared to what the current owner is paying (about 190/mo). I'm looking for some recommendations on insurance companies or agents for this type of investment property that I could contact.
