Property Insurance for SF Portfolio

I have a portfolio of SF/TH rentals, that I am looking to insure. The current insurance that I have thru my broker is more like a single unit insurance, where I have to fill out an application for each property. While I get a consolidated bill, none of the carriers from my broker seem to have an online portal where I can add/remove/manage my insurance. It is like insuring a single property, but 20 times over. Are you guys familiar with a carrier that is geared towards investors and insuring portfolios? Thank you!

Hi @Gopi M.!  This question is perfectly timed for me, as I've hit a barrier with my go-to insurance provider because they cap the number of policies an individual OR company can have at 16.  So, sitting at 16+ units means that I now how had to start the "duct tape" approach . . . piecing together the policies that "other companies will write", who largely disdain investment properties.

I'm not sure what the TH in SF/TH means, but I imagine the crux of the question is the same as what I'm having now:  when in comes to insurance, how do we scale a single family portfolio?

I know there are some commercial insurance providers that are more geared towards large multi-family projects and have a base charge on total square footage and then a "per unit" additional charge . . . at what point does this become the right approach for SFR portfolios?
