That’s huge congrats @Frank Antonucci on the accepted LOI! Always exciting to land a duplex, especially with a cash offer. I just picked up a property in Dayton myself and have been consistently finding solid off-market deals there. From my experience, Dayton's still has strong rental demand and some great value-add potential if you know where to look.
