7 deals have fallen due to inspection & seller not agreeing to concession

Just needed to blow some steam off in the group.
All 7 of my accepted offers have fallen apart at the inspection phase.

Each time we find an expensive problem in the inspection and the seller is not willing to make concessions.

$3K spent on inspections with no house to my name yet.

@Russell Brazil

I just had an investor on a 4 unit property come back wanting $15k off price because exterior of house needs painting.

I was like no snit but I am not reducing the price as that was clearly visible when you walked the property (which they did)

If there is an electrical issue that comes up that is a problem - sure I can fix it or give some $ to get it resolved but for blatant obvious things I do not negotiate as it should have already been part of the offer
