@Aurelia B. It's not bad, thanks for asking! Just have to be disciplined to get through the material by yourself :) which reminds me, I need to get back to it ... lol.
I also bought an audio book (Florida Sales Associate Prelicensing Key Point Review) to listen to on the go to to refresh myself on all the chapters. I'm also considering getting the full book too like @Sebastian Baker recommended.

Welcome @Christopher Cole to the BP community! If you don't mind me asking, when you were a duplex owner living on one side, did you tell your tenant next door you were the owner? Always interesting to hear about those types of experiences. :)

Hello BP Community!
My husband @Bob R. turned me on to BP through the UBG and the podcasts, which I have really enjoyed listening to. Our interest in real estate started out by us looking for a change from our current home (lateral move as he put it), to a few months later now we're seriously at investment opportunities, like buy and hold, and I'm working on my Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license.
I'm so impressed, even from my short exposure thus far, at how giving, encouraging and supportive the BP members are!
