@Dhaval Taylor A Hotel, just cause some of the cleaning fees and the xtra charges can add up. But when traveling with family Air Bnb is definitely a better option!

After 8 attempts I finally passed my Real Estate exam. I am very eager to get started agent and have already set up my appointment to get finger printed. Currently I am Active Duty Air Force located in the Central/South Jersey Area. My goals are to gain as much knowledge to become a successful agent and hopefully help other with my current skills in social media content creation.
If anyone has any good recommendations for broker offices in the area that I should look into that I would be greatly appreciate it.

This is really great to know! I am possibly relocating to the LA area and I thinking of acquiring a small multi-family residence with my VA, instead of a single family. But thinking about the kind of tenant I want first, it would tremendously matter when looking at which areas to invest in. If you have any areas you favor I would love to know.
