noobdog1, so what you are saying is if you buy a house, during the construction stage, you can purchase it for less than the "post" construction stage? (great website btw, and please excuse this question, I'm still learning the biz.)

Bryce thank you for the explanation. It sounds like a "if everything else fails" type of deal.

If you drive through a new neighborhood and buy an almost completed house then relist it for more, isn't it a tough sale with a bunch of newer houses all over the neighborhood, as bottom prices because the developer wants to fill the houses?

Wow, thanks. That's a lot to think about. I'm still looking into this business and different ventures and appreciate your advice. I'll go for the newer products.

Has anyone used this type of loan. It states it is a "rehab loan" used to purchase and fix a home to be sold. Just wondering.

Regards.

Wesley, what are the benefits of this? I know you said so you can have a few deals working, but can you please put this into perspective for someone that is not entirely "in the know" about this business?

Greetings,

I've seen the much recommended Carlton Sheets CD's, DVD's, VHS's, work books, etc. on Ebay for various amounts, most of these are products from 2003, 2004, etc. My question: Are these as good as the 2006 versions? Has the industry changed so much I wouldn't get anything out of the newest program?

Regards,

Jim
