You will never get a valid response with the information you provided. If someone walked up to you on the street and told you what you just listed and asked you if it was a good deal could you give any insightful response ? Not trying to be a jerk but if you want to get a response then be specific - you don't list any numbers or info required to even make it a consideration

My opinion on this is putting too many eggs in one basket. Would you buy 8 homes in the same neighborhood at once? If it's also an HOA and a lot of investor owned units the minute the economy turns the first thing that stops getting paid is HOA fees which then defers maintenance etc.

Watch out for possible hacker attempts

Are you using a real estate agent ? If so, ask them. If not, get one (seller pays there fee) so you know whether your getting it at a good price
