Is it possible in California to find sellers for retailers . Have the retailer give you 50 percent of the profits without coming up with any of your own money. I reed some forums claiming such successes.

Here to network; with members in the Countie Communities of: Fresno, Madera, Tulare, Merced, Hanford, Kings, Anywhere else in California, Rest of North America, entire Earth. If there are any extraterestrials who want deal with; so much, the better.
About me: My goals. 1. Retail Commercial. PHASE I: REPRESENTING. PHASE II: INVESTOR. PHASE III: DEVELOPER. WHERE I CURRENTLY STAND: JUST A REAL ESTATE LICENSE.
Before I get to any of the three phases however I will have to lead generate more efficiently to get the results I want. Lead generation is what I love to do reasons are. 1. People interaction. 2. Best opportunistic experience to acquire. 3. Most earning potential. I could delegate anything else to a team. If their is no team; create one. Anything is possible. "I love lead generating. Not paperwork; - doing what I love to do is life." I done lead generating very successfully. Without a team. If I had one they would all close successfully. I came to overwhelmed with the volume I was producing. I got most of them preapproved. Most 20 leads event. 5 lead days a week; no kidding. 
I persuaded people; but: then, and their. I could do this now I believe more efficiently: through a team.
So farr here in bp I been researching more on a subject of no money downs. a lot of bpers say they could  earn more for my time finding sellers, buyers, for retailers; than being an agent. Turns out this is one alternative some bp'ers done their no money downs.  1. Find retailer, investor lender, fund:  a. The entire deal. I find this marvellous.  b. Still share 50- 50 of the profits. I find this way more marvellous.  2. Go out search sellers. a. What are investors wanting to find in sellers. I heard terms divorce probate saves commission. But I need more in- depth. May anyone name me a fewretailers who share profits for I'm ready to door knock.

Wow if you don't need 10m in sales. What is this school called. Do i need one as an invesgor. I believe you said no. America is licerated in a way you dont need much. I sold my first retail grocery store 1.65 But encouraged get this ccim to attract buyers may you mention the school.

Everywhere in Fresno is good for rentals. Rural areas (farming cities) are just more secure. In farming cities also easier to negotiate easier with owners (sellers). My opinion.

I would suggest Fresno but in the rural farming areas. If your going with cash flow. Even with fast flips. If their is anything I could do to help let me know. Cheers and Happy New year's Christian.

Posting high quality informative stuff by moderators is considered solicitation or advertising. I'm unsure if it's too certain people who need to ☟. I might just start attending meetups, or find other real estate networking alternatives. Perhaps if I upgrade to a plus or pro I would not feel too thick skinned on. I never felt so unliberated in a real estate environment. Nor will I stay in a categorized community for very long, if feeling resumes. Maybe I will Ask perhapps if I could write up; an article. I'll think of this through my test. Well thanks for collaborating everyone. @Patti Robertson: if bothered; sorrie for migrating to your space.

Chris Mason. Dang. I algorithmly have or understood niche you wrote. Joe I guess blabbering, Tire kicking. Taking things seriously. Sally calling you months later of a forum you post months past. How she is great in keeping you up to date. Let's hope for the salvation of your success she hangs in their with you and Bigger Pocket moderators to improve this communitie. For me; I want to utilize bp to investing. Yes I'll help people since I do obtain my side real estate license but this is only an amenities in case I ever need it. I'm here to network with other investors. Hardly remember I obtain my license. I put more attention on my major definite of purpose "fruit juices; shakes", just as Starbucks sells coffee". Using real estate is always well for businesses, corporations, along the journey of someone's definite of purpose. I would make more investing than being an intermediary [or even my major definite of purpose] but I learned doing what you love Is life. Seeing people eat nutritiously for me is fulfilling. Plus All forms of real estate is entertaining; keeps my blood flowing; on what I intentionally plan to do. I were going to continue to inform you.. theirs a high margin of sales in state of I live [1 in 98 people are licensed]. It's always well to lift others enthusiasm in occasional days with smilies as to continue ones interpersonal encouragement. Regardless of how others see things. I learned by the law of attraction. "When the opinions of the inside matter more; than the opens of the outside, you mastered your life".
